Night Campbell Line Worker B1

About the role

We're looking for a Night Shift Campbell Line Worker to support the operation of the production lines at Kenny’s Candy and Confections. This role involves weighing and placing product onto the horizontal bagger, inspecting bags, and performing general cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Weigh all, in-spec product to the correct weight, ensuring piles are neat and not over or under weight.
• Place piles of weighed product onto the horizontal bagger in the proper place, ensuring no product is too high or in the seams.
• Inspect each bagged product to ensure it is in spec before boxing according to customer requirements.
• Set aside out-of-spec product as re-bag material.
• Pack an array of boxes.
• Empty trash and breakdown cardboard boxes.
• Assist with rework.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Self-motivation.
• Experience or training up to 1 month or more.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• General mathematical ability.
• Learning, memorizing, and executing a sequence of procedures.
• Willing and able to get along with others.
• Able to lift 50 lbs, stand continuously, and walk.
• Able to run to packaging standards as set by management.

Schedule

Hours: 10:50pm - 7:00am (Monday - Friday)

Pay

• Base Pay: $19.90/hr
• Sign-on Bonus: $1.22/hr worked
• Shift Differential: $1.99/hr for night shift
• Profit Sharing: Begins after 1 year of employment, with potential additional earnings based on company profits.
