Night Auditor- Weekend Shift

Home2 Asheville Airport is seeking a detailed, outgoing, customer service professional for the Night Auditor weekend shift (Friday and Saturday nights).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service while checking guests in and out.
• Act as a guest advocate by responding to requests and concerns with urgency and empathy.
• Process payments for guests and make necessary changes/updates to their accounts.
• Enter and update reservation information in the system.
• Collaborate with other departments to communicate room availability and status.
• Maintain the front desk, ensuring the area is clean, welcoming, and organized.
• Close and balance room accounts.
• Run, print, and distribute various reports.
• Make adjustments to accounts as needed.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate a productive team that embodies P.E.A.C.H.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where priorities constantly change.

Physical Demands

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Must be able to navigate various departments of the organization’s physical premises.
