Night Auditor-Weekends

About the role

Part-time Night Auditor position with weekend availability at Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Downtown adjacent to Market Square. Shift hours are 11pm to 7am.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding guest service and assistance in any area necessary
• Answer telephones and make reservations
• Check-in and check-out guests
• Collect and record all reports relating to total hotel sales for the day
• Perform the duties of a Guest Service Associate during the night audit shift

Requirements

• Highly organized with strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
• Outstanding people skills
• Trustworthy and results-driven
• Must be able to work overnights, weekends, and holidays
