Night Auditor, Lodge Kohler

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety, security and service of guests and property during the night hours
• Printing reports for management relating to the following day’s business
• Checking all reservations expected for the following day, ensuring that billing and routing is correct
• Providing simple food and beverage service for members and guests as requested
• Regularly checking the resort with regard to safety and security issues – lights, fires, obstructions, etc.
• Answering telephones and routing calls appropriately

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• Competency with computers and knowledge of basic accounting functions
• The ability to work independently and quickly respond to all guest or building needs
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Preferred: 1 year of Front Desk and/or Night Audit experience at a previous hotel
• Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $16.60 - $24.90. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by factors including education and work location.

Schedule

This is a full-time position working weekdays and weekends. Typical shifts are 9:00 pm to 7:00 am.
