About the role

The Juniper Hotel in Cupertino, located approximately 11 miles west of downtown San Jose, offers 224 guest rooms. The hotel is situated near Levi's Stadium and San Jose Airport.

Responsibilities

• Balance transactions: Audit, post, and reconcile the day's financial activity across outlets
• Verify payment accuracy: Ensure all credit card transactions align with daily reports
• Investigate discrepancies: Identify and resolve any anomalies found between financial reports and takings
• Assist hotel management: Provide guidance and training to Night Managers on accurate financial processes and system use
• Support emergency response: Assist the Night Manager during emergency situations

Qualifications

• At least one year of front desk experience
• Night auditor experience is preferred
