Night Auditor

About the role

The Night Auditor is expected to provide excellent customer service to all guest they encounter. Excellent service requires offering Ultimate Service with a smile and promoting the brand standards we are known for – uncompromised service with a focus on guest satisfaction. This position is responsible for the ensuring all guest-related financials are accurately entered and accounted for, reporting this information up the chain, and making corrections as necessary.

Job Requirements

• Complete all brand required training
• Complete all required Safety & Health training
• On a daily basis, perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company
• Verify the status of all wake-up call requests and ensure they are properly handled
• Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift
• Make deposits of cash
• Prepare the front office for the 'A' shift and reset day's business
• Act as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during the evening hours
• Act as PBX operator during the audit shift
• Attend and actively participate in all front office meetings
• Participate in all training and cross training programs
• Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner
• Perform any job-related duties as requested by supervisor
