Night Audit Supervisor

We are hiring a full-time Night Auditor Manager on Duty at our hotel in Thackerville, OK (just off I-35). Text 910-725-5790 for more information.

Pay

$19 to $21 per hour, depending on experience.

Additional financial incentives include:

• $1,000 retention bonus
• $250 referral bonus after 90 days of new hire employment, and another $250 after 180 days (no cap on referrals)

Responsibilities

• Post and balance room, restaurant, and bar charges; prepare daily revenue reports
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Audit front office systems, address discrepancies, and reset for the next day
• Resolve computer issues and make adjustments to maintain financial accuracy
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
• Act as Manager on Duty overnight, ensuring security and safety of guests, staff, and property
• Train new Night Audit staff and maintain high standards for the team and property
• Prepare daily financial reports with precision and balance accounts
• Engage with guests to provide local recommendations and handle inquiries
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain seamless operations
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk and lobby
• Participate in safety committees and uphold security standards

Requirements

• Exceptional knowledge of accounting operations and financial systems
• Proficiency with 10-key calculators and strong computer skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and adapt to physically demanding situations
• Ability to work overnight shifts and thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere
