Night Audit Supervisor

About the Role

The Night Audit Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the guest registration process and serving as a key point of contact for guests throughout their stay. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction, and may include training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing. The Night Audit Supervisor ensures the smooth operation of the Front Office by supporting colleagues, resolving guest concerns, communicating hotel services and promotions, and maintaining Hyatt's high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the guest registration process.
• Serve as a key point of contact for guests during their stay.
• Lead, coach, and direct other associates, including training, scheduling, payroll, and interviewing.
• Support Front Office operations and resolve guest concerns.
• Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests.
• Maintain Hyatt’s high standards of service.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations.
• Previous supervisory experience (preferred).
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
