Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk orderly
- Reconcile all accounts
- Process invoices
- Balancing the accounts from day shift
- Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
- Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference
- Balance and audit accounts for accuracy
- Identify and resolve discrepancies
- Handle requests and complaints and direct them to other team members or departments accordingly
- Answer all internal and external calls and inquiries
