Responsibilities

• Your dedication and watchful nature help others sleep well at night and being an integral part of setting up the property for the day ahead.
• Daily duties include providing excellent customer service to guests and keeping the front desk orderly.
• Reconciles all accounts and processes invoices.
• Balances the accounts from day shift.
• Manages front desk activity and handles guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference.
• Balances and audits accounts for accuracy.
• Identifies and resolves discrepancies.
• Handles requests and complaints and directs them to other team members or departments accordingly.
• Answers all internal and external calls and inquiries.

• Able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
