About the role
The Night Attendant performs a variety of custodial, maintenance, and security duties to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at the Uintah Conference Center.
Responsibilities
- Patrol the facility to prevent vandalism
- Enforce guidelines
- Manage event setups
- Prepare incident reports for management
- Operate HVAC, lighting, and A/V equipment
- Handle routine indoor cleaning
- Perform outdoor grounds maintenance, including operating UTV plows and Kubota tractors for winter snow removal
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED plus one year of general work experience demonstrating the ability to perform the role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Understand general facility security, surveillance, and building lockdown systems
- Basic commercial HVAC controls, computer software, and A/V setups
- Proficiency with communication tools like two-way radios
- Safety and operation of motorized utility vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, pickup trucks, and tractors
