Night Attendant

About the role

The Night Attendant performs a variety of custodial, maintenance, and security duties to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment at the Uintah Conference Center.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the facility to prevent vandalism
• Enforce guidelines
• Manage event setups
• Prepare incident reports for management
• Operate HVAC, lighting, and A/V equipment
• Handle routine indoor cleaning
• Perform outdoor grounds maintenance, including operating UTV plows and Kubota tractors for winter snow removal

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus one year of general work experience demonstrating the ability to perform the role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Understand general facility security, surveillance, and building lockdown systems
• Basic commercial HVAC controls, computer software, and A/V setups
• Proficiency with communication tools like two-way radios
• Safety and operation of motorized utility vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, pickup trucks, and tractors
