Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine property patrols within building and parking garage
- Ensure all access points are properly secured
- Monitor security cameras
- Serve as the overnight point of contact for guest needs and concerns
- Aid with late night check-ins, guest lockouts, and basic service requests
- Answer after-hours calls and dispatch accordingly
- Aid with parking lot access
- Keep an updated property log with nightly activity records
- Perform basic hotel tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Prior hotel or mixed-use experience
- Comfortable handling incidents independently
- Can manage guests, security, and basic operations
- Capable of decision-making without oversight
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Capable of responding quickly to emergencies across large footprint
- Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. if needed
