Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for premature/critically ill infants.
- Maintain vigilance over vital signs, administer medications, manage ventilators/equipment, and support families.
- Collaborate with neonatologists, nurses, and transport teams for seamless care.
- Ensure safety, documentation, and adherence to protocols.
Requirements
- Active Texas RN license (or compact).
- Minimum 1–2+ years NICU experience required.
- BLS/NRP certifications (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong clinical skills, compassion, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced night environment.
