Overview
The Infosys Engineering unit focuses on enhancing product-centric value delivery through innovative engineering solutions. They adopt a data-first approach to engineering and value-stream management, enabling real-time visibility into the flow of value. The team utilizes advanced technologies like AI, ML, and predictive analytics to drive continuous improvement, optimize delivery processes, and expedite time to market.
Area of Responsibility
- Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, based on information gathered from workshops and interviews with client stakeholders.
- Review, propose, and develop solution architecture, ensuring alignment with the proposed framework and scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Assess and recommend suitable technologies, tools, and platforms for implementation, meeting business requirements.
- Review technical solutions and develop strategies for integration with different technologies and systems to ensure seamless communication and data flow.
- Resolve complex technical challenges during build, deployment, and support phases, promoting reusable frameworks and artifacts.
- Provide specialized insights to the development team and build collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams to secure successful project execution.
- Identify potential risks in the system landscape, monitor system performance, and suggest optimization initiatives aligned with business requirements and long-term objectives.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to ensure vital information is systematically recorded and readily available.
- Contribute to proposals and RFPs by delivering insights related to architectural solutions, supporting successful solution delivery.

Preferred Skill and Experience
- Experience in large-scale Cisco Contact Center implementations and operations.
- Hands-on experience with NICE CXone deployments and technical support/migration implementation strategies.
- Experience leading contact center modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
Additional Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
- Three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
