NICE CXone Studio Developer

Position Overview

The consultant will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and optimizing NICE CXone Studio scripts to support a contact center migration project. This effort will include troubleshooting and refining call routing logic while helping transition two existing NICE CXone environments into a single, unified instance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience (closer to 7 is ideal)
• NICE CXOne proficiency with Studio scripting (call routing scripts) with the ability to write AND test studio script
• Design and implementation experience with CXone
• Experience optimizing CXone workflows
• EXPERT experience in Conversational AI solutions
