About the role
Mission Technologies, a Division of HII, is seeking an NGTS Operations SME to join the Modeling, Simulation, and Training team at the Joint Integrated Test and Training Center – Nellis (JITTC-N), Nellis, AFB, NV. The individual will plan, build, execute, and debrief training missions in the NGTS scenarios for theater-wide tactical and operational level training.
Responsibilities
- Operate JIAB components and applications.
- Act as Mission Director when required.
- Debrief missions during and after their execution.
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding capabilities and TTP during planning and execution of JITTC-N operations.
- Support the development, coordination, and integration of JITTC-N events to maximize training.
- Provide White-Force duties and functions as needed for customer needs and test objectives.
- Orchestrate scenarios and constructive inputs for training events.
- Create and modify mission-planning materials/academics to ensure participants achieve maximum training.
- Provide instructor-level expertise to help shape tactical training for participants.
- Report issues related to stimulation software applications and provide basic troubleshooting support.
- May be required to provide managerial or administrative duties.
Requirements
- 10+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 8+ years with Masters in related field; or 14+ years with High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current or previous NGTS experience.
- Ability to achieve and maintain a DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Requirements
- 15+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13+ years with Masters in related field; or 19+ years with High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current and active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Aircraft operational planning experience.
- Experience with NGTS, GRID, and DIADS.
- Experience with MSCT, ASCOT, Tac Chat, or other equivalent programs and applications.
- Weapons School graduate.
- Experience in Joint Simulation Environment (JSE).
