NFJP Case Manager

About the role

The NFJP Case Manager is responsible for providing comprehensive support to individuals navigating the justice system. This includes case management, advocacy, and ensuring access to necessary resources.

Responsibilities

• Manage caseloads, including intake, assessment, planning, and follow-up services.
• Advocate for clients' rights and needs within the legal system.
• Collaborate with other professionals to ensure holistic care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and support services as needed.
• Document all interactions and progress in client files.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in social services or law enforcement.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Experience working with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of local and state laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Pay

$30-$35 per hour, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
