Responsibilities
- Non-faculty Coaches and Classified Employees must complete the NFHS “Fundamentals of Coaching” and “First Aid, Health & Safety for Coaches” courses prior to assuming the position.
- Coaches who have completed the ASEP Coaches Education Course prior to May 15, 2013, are exempt from taking the NFHS courses.
- Completion of additional courses may be required based on state and school policies, including but not limited to:
- "Fundamentals of Coaching"
- "First Aid, Health & Safety"
- "NFHS Heat Illness Prevention"
- “NFHS COVID-19 Course”
