NF/Classified HS Girls Flag Football Head Coach

Responsibilities

• Complete the NFHS “Fundamentals of Coaching” and “First Aid, Health, & Safety for Coaches” courses prior to assuming the position.
• For coaches who have completed the ASEP Coaches Education Course before May 15, 2013, NFHS courses are not mandatory.
• Keep a certificate of the State Law (https://tssaa.org/health-safety-policies ) and TSSAA/TMSAA (https://tssaa.org/health-safety-policies ) requirements on file.
• When applicable, keep certificates for "Fundamentals of Coaching" and "First Aid, Health, & Safety" on file.
• When applicable, keep a certificate for "NFHS Heat Illness Prevention" on file every year.
• All coaches must complete the NFHS COVID-19 Course (https://nfhslearn.com/courses/covid-19-for-coaches-and-administrators).
