NextGen Template Scheduler (Hybrid)

About the role

US Fertility, the nation’s leading partnership of physician-led fertility practices, is redefining what it means to build a career in reproductive medicine. We have an immediate opening for a NextGen Template Scheduler to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Rockville, Maryland.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (1 day remote per week after 6 months). Compensation: $22 to $26 per hour.

Responsibilities

In this role, the NextGen Template Scheduler will:

• Create template schedules for the clinical and OR teams supporting all of the DMV
• Interact daily with physicians and managers regarding scheduling requests
• Support and promote excellence in customer service

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• NextGen experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail is a must
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is required
