KNWA & FOX24 are looking for an aggressive, innovative, and creative Newscast & Streaming Producer to help take our content to the next level. This unique position blends the fast-paced world of live television news with the dynamic, evolving landscape of digital and streaming media. We’re looking for someone who thrives on breaking news, investigative storytelling, and the challenge of making stories pop across platforms. You’ll be producing evening newscasts, contributing to digital content, and helping develop original programming for our streaming platforms. Key Responsibilities: Produce impactful evening newscasts that inform and engage the communityWrite and edit daily news stories for television and digital platformsMake editorial decisions in breaking news situationsCollaborate with anchors, reporters, and production staffFill in on other shifts as neededPrep and assist in OBS recordings and live productions, including camera, audio, and lighting setupParticipate in the development of new original programs for 479 FirstWork with creative services to design graphics, opens, and other visual elementsCoordinate with talent and management to ensure smooth productionManage encoding, uploading, and platform compatibility for streamingStay current with digital trends and viewer preferences What We’re Looking For: Passion for breaking news, weather coverage, and community impactStrong digital and social media skillsCreative mindset with a desire to innovateAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentJournalistic integrity, optimism, and a winning attitude Requirements and Skills: Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, TV/Film, or equivalentExperience in television or radio broadcast/production preferredStrong news judgment and understanding of audience needsExcellent verbal, written, and analytical skillsDetail-oriented and tech-savvyAbility to work well with video journalists, anchors, editors, and engineersFamiliarity with digital and streaming platforms Why Fayetteville?
