About the Role
WAND News is seeking a versatile producer to build rundowns for our streaming platform and TV newscasts. This role requires independent decision-making, a strong grasp of pop culture and current events, and the ability to think quickly.
Responsibilities
- Write and organize newscasts
- Collaborate with anchors, reporters, and photographers to ensure efficient daily news coverage
- Create compelling graphics for integration into newscasts
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a TV newsroom or solid internships
- College degree in journalism or a communications-related field preferred

Pay
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Schedule
Monday - Friday (or at manager's discretion)
