About the role

WBNG, the CBS affiliate in Binghamton, NY (also carrying The CW, MeTV, Court TV, Grit, and Outlaw subchannels), is seeking a Newscast Producer. This role is ideal for an organized self-starter who can produce aggressive, visually appealing daily newscasts. We’re looking for a hard-working, creative journalist who can create an engaging viewer experience, not just write and organize news copy. Responsibilities

• Produce daily newscasts with a focus on aggressive, visually appealing storytelling.

Requirements

• A college degree and at least one year of experience are preferred.
• Strong organizational and self-starter skills.
• Ability to work hard and learn quickly in an entry-level role.
