Job Summary/Description
- Anchor all A.M. newscasts from 5:30-7 a.m., & assist in producing broadcasts & a streaming show
- Obtain some information on & write breaking news stories for the website & the shows
- Share breaking news to Facebook & news app
Qualifications/Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with newsroom managers, producers, and co-workers
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of journalism ethics and legal issues
- Ability to meet news deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Maintain a professional appearance
