Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning of newscasts
- Produce content regularly
- Embrace social media and engage with the audience
- Collaborate effectively across all platforms
- Own a content franchise, topic, or beat
- Anchor/report in "in-the-field and live" situations
- Write in a conversational style
- Show strong editorial judgment and ethical foundation
Requirements and Qualifications
- At least 3 years of on-air experience
- Self-sufficient as a content creator and collaborator on all platforms
- Able to own a content franchise, topic, or beat
- Strong "in-the-field and live" anchor/reporter skills
- Exceptional written communications skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Smooth/pleasant delivery
- Strong writing skills and news judgment
- Sharp video shooting and editing skills
- Exemplary communication skills
