About the role

The newly increased Comp-Chief CRNA leadership opportunity is available at AdventHealth Tampa in Tampa, Florida.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling
  • Staff development
  • Aid with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attending recruiting events
  • Liaison with hospital leaders
  • Act as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
  • Participate in leadership and development activities
  • Aid Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews
  • Orientation and onboarding of new hires

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of CRNA experience
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
