About the role
The newly increased Comp-Chief CRNA leadership opportunity is available at AdventHealth Tampa in Tampa, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling
- Staff development
- Aid with recruitment efforts, interviewing, attending recruiting events
- Liaison with hospital leaders
- Act as a clinical resource within the department and hospital
- Participate in leadership and development activities
- Aid Chief Anesthesiologist with performance reviews
- Orientation and onboarding of new hires
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of CRNA experience
- Previous leadership experience preferred
