NorthStar is expanding its presence in Florida, partnering with Tampa General Hospital System - Brooksville, Spring Hill, and FESC. Seeking skilled CRNAs to join their anesthesia provider team. Opportunities for both new graduates and experienced CRNAs.

Responsibilities

• Work between three facilities: Brooksville, Spring Hill, and FESC
• Provide anesthesia services in various specialties including general, endoscopy, urology, podiatry, plastics, total joint, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecology, vascular, thoracic, and ENT
• Collaborate with a diverse and supportive care team
• Opportunities for flexible shift work

Requirements

• Current Florida license as a CRNA
• At least 2 years of recent clinical experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited CRNA program
• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN
• Current certification as a CRNA

Skills

• Strong clinical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Adaptability to various case mixes

Pay

$244,000 base salary + $8,000 quality bonus + $8,000 call pay = $260,000 annually
