About the role

We are looking for an associate photographer to join our team and help us document weddings throughout New England. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, unscripted environment, has a keen eye for authentic moments, and shares our passion for storytelling through images.

Responsibilities

• Photograph weddings as the secondary shooter under the lead photographer’s direction
• Capture candid, emotional, and editorial-style images of the couple, guests, and details
• Work efficiently in a variety of lighting conditions and venues
• Collaborate with the lead photographer to ensure consistent coverage and style
• Deliver edited images in a timely manner according to studio workflow
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude throughout the event

Requirements

• Proven experience shooting weddings or similar events (portfolio required)
• Strong technical skills in natural light and on-camera flash
• Proficiency with DSLR or mirrorless cameras and post-processing software (Lightroom, Photoshop)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout New England
• Ability to work weekends and long hours as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
