Newborn Hospitalist - AdventHealth Celebration
Overview
AdventHealth for Children and AdventHealth Medical Group are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Newborn Hospitalist to join their team at AdventHealth Celebration. This position offers an exceptional work-life balance with a 7-on/7-off schedule, providing weekday coverage Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM during service weeks.
Responsibilities
- Newborn admissions, daily rounds, and discharge management
- Comprehensive well newborn care and family education
- Newborn stabilization and coordination of transfers to higher levels of care when indicated
- Collaboration with community pediatricians, nursing staff, and neonatal specialists
- Participation in quality and patient safety initiatives
