Responsibilities
- Performs hearing screenings on all infants prior to discharge
- Gathers all information required to create a Kentucky birth certificate
- Creates a souvenir birth certificate while the family awaits the final birth certificate
- Educates families about the hearing screening and birth certificates
- Enters all screening and birth certificate data into the state system
Qualifications
- One year data entry
- Notary Public - Kentucky (must be obtained within 120 days)
- Desired: One year in a healthcare setting
- Associate Degree
