Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Manage employee performance and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Participate in store events and community outreach programs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
