About the role
We are seeking an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach to lead our children in fun and educational activities, ensuring safety for all.
Responsibilities
- Lead fun and educational activities for children aged 2-12
- Ensure safety and engagement during classes
- Use individual attention to help every child succeed
- Create a stress-free, non-competitive environment
- Encourage children to improve and celebrate successes
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with children
- Work with a variety of ages and skill levels
- Be open to feedback and attend regular trainings
- Follow the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience coaching soccer at various youth levels
- Demonstrated ability to engage and entertain audiences
- Relevant coaching certifications/licenses (e.g., USSF, NSCAA, UEFA) preferred
- Demonstrated leadership ability and passion for working with athletes of all ages and skill levels
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed
- Commitment to our organization's values and mission
