About the role
The Attorney will represent and advocate on behalf of clients in state and federal plaintiff's-side wage-and-hour, class, and representative action litigation against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies.
Responsibilities
- Managing an active caseload
- Conducting and responding to discovery
- Taking and defending depositions
- Drafting and arguing motions
- Appearing in court for hearings and trial
- Advising clients throughout the litigation process
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in New York, or licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and pending admission to New York
- Licensed to practice law in New York with 5+ years of experience in civil litigation, including discovery, oral advocacy, appearing in court, motion practice, and taking/defending depositions
- Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour litigation is a plus
- Ability to travel on occasion
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state of New York

Pay
$160,000 - $200,000 per year
