Duties
- Provide direction and support necessary to enable students to comfortably prepare for their first semester of class
- Cook up coordination with Residence Life, Financial Aid, and Student Services to support students' questions regarding processes and paperwork
- Execute orientation events and other duties as assigned by the Admissions Team
- Keep students engaged with Social Media and updates that highlight UAT programs, events, and student groups
- Create a culture of positive thinking and personal growth for the students
- Willing to assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Experience working in higher education
- Ability to overcome objections and problem solve
- Proven customer service skills with phone experience
- Capability to oversee student progress for an extended period of time
- Demonstrates a positive, friendly, cheerful, and helpful attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
