New Store Opening - Sales, Cashier or Stock - Deptford Town Center Rack

About the role

We are hiring for multiple roles at our new Nordstrom Rack store, including Sales, Cashier, and Stock departments. Apply now to discuss your interest in one of these positions during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Create a smooth fitting room experience by greeting customers and taking them to their fitting rooms, then sorting and returning clothing to the floor
• Tell customers about upcoming events, Nordstrom gift cards, Nordstrom Rewards program, and mailing list
• Organize stockrooms and complete inventory processes
• Work with the team to keep the sale's floor "runway ready" through re-merchandising and straightening
• Receive, unload freight, unpack and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards
• Prepare and ship customer’s orders following quality, packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process and research merchandise shipments in accordance with our inventory control processes
• Support the store by assisting with special events, organizing backroom, markdowns, and relocating store fixtures

Requirements

• The ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds (Stock Support)
• A flexible schedule based on business needs (Stock Support)
