Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Assessing client financial needs and recommending appropriate funding solutions.
• Negotiating with lenders and presenting loan applications.
• Managing the loan process from application to settlement.
• Staying updated on industry regulations, lending policies, and market trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a banking/finance background or as an independent mortgage/finance broker (minimum 2 years).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of financial products, lending processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Certificate IV in Finance Broking (Diploma in Mortgage Broking and Finance preferred).
• Membership in either FBAA or MFAA preferred.
