New Product Execution Manager
About the role
The NPE Manager is a key individual contributor role that combines business analyst responsibilities with product discovery and execution rigor, go-to-market coordination, training support, and cross-functional delivery partnership. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to elicit, clarify, document, and manage requirements for new product solutions and major enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Embed with business partners and technical teams to define, validate, document, and execute new product delivery.
- Manage large scale assigned initiatives that have multiple-complex pieces of work across cross-functional teams.
- Support initiatives through development, quality assurance, customer testing, production readiness, and implementation.
- Partner with senior team members as needed to resolve risks, dependencies, open questions, or escalations.
- Help improve speed to market while maintaining quality, governance, and delivery readiness.
- Elicit, clarify, analyze, and translate business needs into clear requirements and specifications.
- Create (or contribute to) business requirements documentation, conceptual designs, architecture diagrams, data-workflow, and supporting materials.
- Facilitate requirements conversations with Product, Technology, Analytics, Legal/Compliance, business stakeholders, and customer-facing teams.
- Independently facilitate architecture design and requirements sessions between technology teams and business stakeholders.
- Document solution details such as: Business rules, Data definitions, XML or JSON structures, Process flows, Third-party vendor interfaces, Modeling or analytics considerations, Account and product configuration, Support tools, Management reports, Billing and tax considerations.
- Develop high-level workflow diagrams to support shared understanding.
- Participate in peer reviews of requirements, workflows, specifications, and other deliverables.
- Build strong stakeholder partnerships that drive alignment, enable collaboration, and support successful product delivery.
- Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams for assigned new product initiatives.
- Support clear handoffs from requirements and solution framing into development, testing, and implementation.
- Identify and communicate dependencies, risks, open questions, trade-offs, and change requests.
- Be hyper positive, vocal, and communicative around project statuses, risks, turn-around times, and ongoing needs.
- Drive timely resolution of issues with the appropriate stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support data-centric and system-to-system product initiatives.
- Work with solutions involving APIs, web services, data definitions, schemas, vendor interfaces, configuration, reporting, and analytics inputs.
- Help ensure assigned solutions comply with applicable: Country and state laws, Regulations, Contractual obligations, Corporate policies.
- Balance execution velocity with quality, privacy, compliance, and governance expectations.
- Create and maintain clear, organized documentation for product execution, technical delivery, testing, customer readiness, and internal support.
- Use tools such as Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint, and similar platforms to manage requirements, track work, document decisions, and support transparency.
- Explore thoughtful use of AI-enabled tools and modern business analysis practices to improve: requirements quality, documentation consistency, and speed to decision.
- Support go-to-market readiness for new solutions and major enhancements.
- Help internal teams understand: key functionality, configuration, workflows, dependencies, support needs, and customer ops impacts.
- Develop and conduct internal training for Product Management, Client Engagement, Customer Support, and other relevant teams.
- Help ensure internal stakeholders are prepared to support, explain, configure, and operationalize newly delivered product solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required (Degree or background in Risk Management, Business, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field preferred).
- 4–7+ years of business analysis experience required.
- Product Management, Information Technology, data product, insurance, analytics, or system integration experience.
- Ability to analyze problems, clarify ambiguity, identify options, and support practical solution development.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to present information clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- To influence without authority and build alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Professional, collaborative, and team-oriented working style.
- Working knowledge of XML, JSON, web services, APIs, and related integration concepts.
- Curiosity about AI-enabled tools and modern business analysis practices, with a responsible and practical mindset toward adoption.
Pay
$78,800 - $131,300 U.S. National Base Pay Range. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
Schedule
This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
