About the role

Responsibilities
- Perform advanced avionic component repairs using state-of-the-art ATE systems
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of projects
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new repair processes and techniques
- Provide technical support and guidance to other team members
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in avionic technology
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in avionic component repairs
- Proficiency with ATE systems and troubleshooting tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
