Job Summary

The Alloy a DoubleTree by Hilton is hiring a full-time PM Line Cook to work from 4PM-1 AM. This is a great opportunity to join one of North America's fastest-growing hospitality companies, Concord Hospitality Enterprises.

About the Role

This position involves preparing food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards, proper documentation on all food containers, practicing safety standards, reporting to work in full clean uniform, and providing prompt and competent service to guests and client partners.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards
• Properly document all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP
• Practice safety standards at all times
• Report to work in full clean uniform on time and ready to serve
• Cook orders with adherence to guest requests/special needs in a positive manner
• Be proactive with ordering and pars, food preparations, and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles

Qualifications

• Available to work 3:00 pm-11:00 pm shift
• This is a full-time position

Pay

The hourly rate for the positions starts at $20.00/hour.

Schedule

This position is full-time and works from 4PM-1 AM.
