New Patient Specialist

About the role

We are looking for energetic New Patient Service Specialists to join our growing private practice. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for helping people, exceptional work ethic, and a belief that hard work should be properly rewarded.

Responsibilities

• Schedule new patient appointments for multiple locations and specialties while ensuring each patient receives an exemplary customer service experience from first contact.
• Answer and manage a high volume of phone calls, faxes, and other electronic communications.
• Obtain and enter accurate patient demographics, insurance information, and all required documents into the EMR system.
• Communicate with referral sources, team members, insurance companies, and others.
• Perform various other duties related to this role.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Reliable, flexible, courteous, helpful, and friendly.
• Self-motivated with a "sense of urgency" in completing tasks.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
• Highly organized and a team player.
• Passion for providing an outstanding experience for patients and customers.
