Summary
The New Patient Service Navigator (NPSN) manages the new patient access experience, ensuring efficient movement from initial contact through appointment scheduling while minimizing barriers to care.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end new patient access experience, including registration, insurance verification support, scheduling, and outbound follow-up
- Ensure patients move efficiently from initial contact through appointment scheduling
- Leverage standardized processes, technology, and clinical support resources to improve access, increase scheduling efficiency, and enhance patient engagement
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound call activity
- Overcome barriers and patient hesitation to convert patient contacts into scheduled appointments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation
- Meet performance targets for productivity and conversion
- Work in a metrics-driven environment while maintaining a compassionate and professional approach to patient interactions
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in patient access, scheduling, call center or customer service
- May require evening/weekend coverage

Pay
Salary Range: $16.50 - $24.04
The salary range posted for this position represents the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
