New Patient Care Coordinator - Sacramento Natural Dentistry

Role Responsibilities

Acting as the primary point of contact for onboarding new patients, ensuring a warm and informative introduction to our holistic dental philosophy.

Managing new patient intake, scheduling appointments efficiently, and managing follow-ups.

Answering phone calls and digital inquiries with a high level of professionalism, empathy, and clarity.

Coinciding patient check-ins, updating digital health histories, and verifying insurance information.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of dental office experience (Required).
• Technical Skills: At least 2 years of strong computer skills and familiarity with dental practice management software (Required).
• Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for patient care.
