About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct mediation sessions between employees and employers in workplace discrimination and hostile work environment cases
- Guide parties through structured negotiation processes to reach mutually acceptable resolutions
- Maintain neutrality and impartiality throughout all mediation proceedings
- Document mediation agreements and outcomes
- Assist parties in understanding employment rights and obligations under relevant laws
- Provide clear explanations of mediation procedures and ground rules to participants
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a mediator, preferably in employment or workplace disputes
- Knowledge of employment discrimination laws and hostile work environment standards
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to remain neutral and manage emotionally charged situations
- Relevant mediation certification or training
