Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in a memory care environment
• Assist with daily living activities as needed
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Current LPN license or CNA certification
• Experience working in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
