Schedule
- Frozen Warehouse Supervisor: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM start
- Dry Warehouse Supervisor: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM start
Pay
- Frozen Warehouse Supervisor: $29.50/hr (includes $1.00/hr freezer/cooler differential) + guaranteed overtime
- Dry Warehouse Supervisor: $28.50/hr + guaranteed overtime
About the role
The Warehouse Supervisor leads daily warehouse operations while maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment. This role provides direct supervision to warehouse associates, ensures customer orders are accurately selected and shipped, and supports company goals through effective leadership, communication, and operational excellence.
Frozen Warehouse Work Environment
The Frozen Warehouse Supervisor position requires regular work inside both cooler and freezer environments throughout each shift. Freezer temperatures are maintained at approximately -10°F to 0°F, and cooler temperatures range from 34°F to 40°F. Company-issued freezer gear and personal protective equipment (PPE) are provided.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support warehouse associates during daily operations
- Plan, assign, and monitor work to ensure productivity and operational goals are met
- Promote and enforce all company safety policies and OSHA standards
- Oversee receiving, order selection, inventory control, shipping, and product handling
- Train, coach, and develop employees while providing ongoing performance feedback
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance management
- Foster a positive, respectful, and accountable team environment
- Partner with other departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations and exceptional customer service
- Resolve operational issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory accuracy
- Ensure warehouse equipment is operated safely and according to company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in distribution, logistics, or food warehouse operations is strongly preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to become certified)
- Basic computer skills; warehouse management system (WMS) experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform the physical requirements of a warehouse environment
- Bilingual preferred
