Warehouse Associate (Cold Storage) Shift: 1pm start (second shift) Pay: Starting at $17.30/hr + $2/hr Freezer Differential for Cold Storage Why Join Us? This role supports our fast-paced food distribution operations and plays an important part in ensuring customers receive quality products accurately and on time. The Role As a Warehouse Associate working in a freezer environment, you will help support daily warehouse operations including: Picking, packing, and preparing customer ordersReceiving, stocking, staging, and organizing inventoryOperating pallet jacks and warehouse equipment safelyLoading and unloading productsFollowing FIFO inventory practices and food safety standardsMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWorking efficiently in a temperature-controlled freezer environment Training Schedule New hires will begin on the first shift (6:00 AM start) to complete training and learn warehouse processes, safety procedures, and job expectations. After successful completion of training, the position will transition to the PM shift with a 1:00 PM start time.
