New Increased Wages | Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Pay

$20.00–$25.00/hour based on experience, plus additional differentials:

• +$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential
• +$2.00/hour Mileage Differential for eligible employees living 25–49 miles from the center
• +$3.00/hour Mileage Differential for eligible employees living 50+ miles from the center

Schedule

12-Hour Shifts:

• Days: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Nights: 6:00 PM–6:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care
• Help with mobility, transfers, positioning, and other care needs
• Take and document vital signs and resident information
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Follow individualized care plans
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and coworkers
• Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment

Requirements

• Current CNA certification
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and transfers
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
