Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional care to residents and make a difference in their lives.
- Handle daily nursing operations, administering medication, and ensure each resident reaches their highest level of functioning.
- Supervise CNAs to ensure they provide high-quality care to residents.
- Utilize provided tools and resources, including continuous education and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Current license by the State Board of Nursing as an RN.
- Able to work closely with residents, physicians, and staff.
- Capable of working to prescribed nursing standards.
