Responsibilities
- Support clients with all aspects of home and community life.
- Ensure consistent safety measures are taken.
- Provide companionship, personal hygiene assistance, and help with daily activities.
- Schedule and attend medical and therapeutic appointments.
- Assist with shopping, cooking, and cleaning tasks.
- Organize and facilitate exercise, socialization, and entertainment activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of relevant experience preferred.
- Driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proof of insurance.
- At least 18 years old.
- Letter of recommendation from a previous employer or supervisor.
Qualifications
- Passionate about our mission.
- Ability to communicate effectively with people from various backgrounds.
- Experience working with disabilities is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
