Responsibilities

• Support clients with all aspects of home and community life.
• Ensure consistent safety measures are taken.
• Provide companionship, personal hygiene assistance, and help with daily activities.
• Schedule and attend medical and therapeutic appointments.
• Assist with shopping, cooking, and cleaning tasks.
• Organize and facilitate exercise, socialization, and entertainment activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of relevant experience preferred.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proof of insurance.
• At least 18 years old.
• Letter of recommendation from a previous employer or supervisor.

Qualifications

• Passionate about our mission.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people from various backgrounds.
• Experience working with disabilities is preferred but not required.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
