New Homebuilder Superintendent
Job Responsibilities
- Oversight of the construction process of new homes
- Scheduling and coordination of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers
- Professional communication with trade partners, suppliers, building officials, homeowners, and other Adams Homes team members
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Following the construction scheduling process
- Providing necessary guidance to ensure homes are completed on time and in accordance with quality standards
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction industry standards
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software
